Chris’ practice focuses on tax, business, corporate and transactional law, nonprofit law, corporate governance, labor and employment, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Chris served as in-house counsel for an ultra-high-net-worth family office. Before that, Chris worked for an Am Law 100 firm, practicing labor and employment litigation, corporate law, and appellate law.
Chris received his J.D, magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School, graduating in the top 5% of his class. Following law school, Chris served as a judicial law clerk for the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana and then for the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
